Acupuncture is the core of my practice. I mix traditional needle techniques with electrical stimulation, cupping, and gua sha to create a treatment plan that is customized to your individual needs and to encourage whole body healing and life-long health benefits. 

New patients can start by booking an Initial Consultation and Treatment (approx. 90 min).  

Follow-up treatments (approx. 50 min) are available for established patients.

Herbal formulas are used in conjunction with other therapies to promote health. Using traditional remedies combined with recent clinical advances in plant-based medicine, we can craft a plan to create better health.  

If you are interested in herbal medicine without acupuncture, please book the Initial Herbal Consultation. 

Follow-up appointments are available for established herbal patients.

Using tiny, fine needles, microneedling creates micro-channels in the skin, stimulating collagen production to help reduce fine lines, scars, and hyperpigmentation. This treatment promotes smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin, bringing out your natural glow. 

*Please note that there can be up to 24 hours of downtime associated with microneedling.*

Nanoneedling uses cartridges with gentle silicone tips to penetrate the top layer of skin, enhancing product absorption and supporting overall skin health with zero downtime. Also great for sensitive areas such as under eyes and lips.

Light therapy is effective for treating a variety of concerns, including acne, pain management, and skin rejuvenation. Utilizing specific wavelengths of light, it can reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and stimulate cellular repair.

Red Light Therapy is available as an add-on for acupuncture treatments.

Red Light Therapy is included with Cosmetic Acupuncture, Microneedling, and Nanoneedling packages.
