Years ago, an acupuncture treatment restored sensation in my hand after a traumatic injury that was expected to require surgery. That experience revealed the powerful potential of this medicine and continues to guide how I care for the individuals who come to see me. I believe people deserve a clear path forward and solutions that support them in feeling well, resilient, and fully themselves. 

I am a board-certified, licensed acupuncturist and herbal medicine practitioner. I hold a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. I also earned a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Midwest College, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. My clinical approach blends the rooted wisdom of East Asian medicine with a strong foundation in biomedical science, allowing me to offer thoughtful, evidence-informed care. 

I help individuals improve their health through personalized treatment strategies that address the whole person. Whether someone is navigating chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, stress-related symptoms, or seeking support for overall wellness, my focus is on creating a clear plan that encourages meaningful, lasting results. 

Outside the clinic, I enjoy time with my husband and our family of four college-aged children. I love gardening, sharing good meals, and spending time outdoors in the beautiful Lake Country community.
